Returns & Exchanges
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Since we are a small business, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. If you don't like any of the products we sent you, please don't hesitate to reach out anyways! We are always looking for ways to improve.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I receive my order?
We ship orders within 3-5 business days. You wil receive an email once it's coming your way :) USPS shipping typically takes another 2-5 business days.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured by our owner Johanna in a certified commercial kitchen in Bowling Green, KY.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free with a $75+ purchase. Underneath that, we (sadly) have to split shipping with you and charge $8 for that.

Why do you choose upcycled ingredients?
We believe in circular beauty to minimize waste. We scouted out the most amazing selection of byproducts from other industries to give you the results you deserve with a kindness to our planet you can feel good about.
What are local ingredients you use?
We purchase local beeswax and calendula infused oil at our local farmers market.
The emu oil is from Amaroo Hills in Tennessee. The tallow from grass-fed cows raised in Wisconsin, and the lanolin from a charming farm in Texas that we discovered on Etsy.
The raspberry seed oil and milk thistle seed oil we recently switched to another small business called "Simply Ingredients". They share our sustainability values and offer higher quality oils than we previously had; we are so thrilled that we stumbled upon them!
Are all of your ingredients organic?
Most of them are. We generally prioritize upcycled and local ingredients (or from another small businesses). We choose organic whenever available in the bulk quantities we need.
Do you use fragrances?
We understand the worries associated with fragrances and totally agree that most should be avoided as they can have harmful endocrine disruptors. Our Solid Pocket Perfume scents (and their matching other products) are made with clean fragrance oils free of phtalates (the hormone disruptors) and vanillin. Most of them are infused with essential oils, but they are not pure essential oils. Why? You simply cannot create the same addicting scents with essential oils as you can with these complex and very long lasting fragrance oils. Our motto is not to be the crunchiest brand out there (there is plenty of them), but to be the nontoxic alternative to mainstream brands. We sure as heck don't want you buying a cheapo perfume at the store that will harm you, but since we know that that's the kind of scents you're looking for, we decided to offer a clean alternative for you that is fun AND where you can trust the ingredients.
